Model 08T

Vertical Hot Stamping Machine
   

The Model 08T belongs to the range of standard machines produced by Swift Silicone.  Having a printing pressure capacity of 0.4 tons, it is most suited for hot stamping on smaller flat and curved surfaces, e.g.. cosmetics container, bottles, pens barrels, etc.

 

 

 The stamping temperature is digitally set and easy dial setting for the other hot stamping operating parameters like dwell time, foil feed and foil feed delay gives the user full and precise control over the hot stamping process.  A manual stamping head-down mode allows easy stamping setup.  Able to operate in single cycle stamping or in full automatic cycle, this flexible machine ensures quick continuous operation with the power sliding table which feeds and retrieves the part being hot stamped.  An electronic counter keeps track of the parts already printed.
This machine can be expanded to perform hot stamping on circumference of round object by adding a roll-on device for periphery marking.
