Model 10AX

Vertical Hot Stamping Machine
    

Model 10AX is a vertical stamping press with 1-,000kgf stamping force using double acting toggle system.  This standard model comes with crisscross foil feed system.  This enables the user to feed the foil from left to right, from back to front or both left to right and back to front.  This added flexibility promotes great savings in foil usage.

 

The stamping temperature is digitally set and easy dial setting for the other hot stamping operating parameters like dwell time, foil feed and foil feed delay gives the user full and precise control over the hot stamping process.

This machine can be expanded to perform hot stamping on circumference of round object by adding a roll-on device for periphery marking.
