Model 5T

Vertical Hot Stamping Machine
   

The Model 5T is a vertical stamping press with a double acting toggle system.  This standard model with a stamping force of 5000kgf makes it suitable for hot stamping on large-area graphics and bigger parts.

 

 

 This machine is ideal for applying decorative foil on consumer electronic product casings like Video Tray Cover, Ornament Window, cosmetic boxes and casings, shampoo bottles, cylindrical bottles, letter heads, book covers, etc.
The stamping temperature is digitally set and easy dial setting for the other hot stamping operating parameters like dwell time, foil feed and foil feed delay, gives the user full and precise control over the hot stamping process.
This machine can be expanded to perform hot stamping on circumference of round objects by adding a roll-on-device for periphery marking.
