Roll-on Hot Stamping Machine

The Model PMR60 is specially designed for hot stamping around the periphery of molded articles of cylindrical, rectangular and elliptical shapes.

Features:

To enable the user to align the machine for hot stamping, the following adjustments can be done easily without the use of tools:

-Stamping roller can be adjusted forward / backward along with the foil feed system.

-Foil feed system can be adjusted forward / backward.

-Angular adjustment for the foil feed system and stamping roller head is also possible.

-The stamping roller head can be tilted together with the foil feed system.

Stamping foil back tension device ensures that there is optimum foil tension during the hot stamping process.

Precise air-servo mechanism ensures that the stamping pressure is always constant.

Part catcher to hold the part during the hot stamping process.

Stamping roller burn-out prevention circuit to protect the roller from burning out.
